The Slovak Republic has been very successful in attracting car assembly and technology plants to several of its major cities. This economic activity has boosted demand for all kinds of business space and laid the basis for a gradual increase in consumer purchase power.

Extensa Business Park is responding to this new demand.

In the city of Trnava, opposite the PSA (Peugeot-Citroën) plant, a 30ha business park is under development. This project includes retail units along the main boulevard, flexible industrial halls, logistical platforms and offices.

BAUMAX OPENING

1st BAUMAX with DRIVE IN service in Slovakia opened on 28th of October 2008. STORE LAND - retail place next to BAUMAX - treats several new brands as Technomarket, Decodom and Mana.

NEW CONSTRUCTION PERMITS

On 17th of December 2008 were construction permits for objects C, D and F issued and delivered.

EARTHWORKS

In December 2008 was top soil removal under the future objects D, F and G executed.

NEW FURNITURE RETAILER

In 3rd quarter of 2008 was 23.000 m² of land sold to SCONTO - famous chain of furniture retail. Top soil removal on this plot was finished by the end of January 2009. SCONTO will build a big furniture store adjacent to BAUMAX and our retail. They will start construction in April 2009 to open in the beginning of 2010.

CBRE - OUR EXCLUSIVE BROKER

Since January 2009 CBRE (www.cbre.com) became our exclusive broker for the retail.
