New production plant of fremach is comming

By the end of 2011 on the area of 4,6 ha will be in Extensa Business Park opened new manufacturing company of Fremach, a supplier of components for the automotive industry not only in Slovakia but also in Europe. Hall with an area of ​​22,000 square meters will provide 450 jobs for people.

Black Red White

By the end of July 2011 will open its doors new furniture store under the brand Red Black White. The shop is located between the Suzuki showroom and new McDonald's. This store will offer their goods on two floors with a total area of ​​approx. 2,500 square meters.

New operation of McDonal‘s

On 26^th of May 2011 was in Extensa Business Park opened a new McDonald's, second one in Trnava. This is the first restaurant with an entirely new "wood and stone" interior design, which is aimed at the right natural materials. This is a brand new concept with restaurant, McCafé and McDrive.

Parker Green International

In spring 2011 started Parker Green International with landscaping and gravel stabilization of the object of upcoming shopping center called Trnava Park. By the end of 2012 should shopping center provide 38,000 square meters of shops, restaurants and leisure activities.

OBJEKT G – WORKS ON SITE STARTED

Company TOP Development a.s. started to build complete infrastructure around planned retail object G next to actual SCONTO location. At present time all utilities are finished and prepared and construction of roads and parking lots around planned G is in final phase. End of infrastructure works is planned in May - June 2010.

SCONTO IS OPENED!

On 4.3.2010 there was an opening ceremony of first furniture department store in Slovakia under the brand SCONTO Nabytok, which offers a complete range of interior and exterior furniture and accessories. The entire range of goods is immediately available in big warehouse, which is part of the department store operation of SCONTO in Trnava.

EXTENSION OF DECODOM

DECODOM, one of the largest furniture producers and retailers in Slovakia, which is from the end of 2008 located in StoreLand shopping mall next to BauMax, expanded its retail premises of additional 1.200 m² to the current 3.000m².

Construction of furniture store SCONTO finished

JANUARY 2010

Construction of furniture store SCONTO with 8.000 m² of retail area was finished. Opening of this first SCONTO store in Slovakia is planned on March 2010

Construction of furniture depertment store successfully continues

On furniture department store (SCONTO) was finished more than half of construction works. TOPD built bigger part of external utilities, completion of works is planned in November 2009. Opening of furniture store is expected in March 2010.

NEW BRANDS

In Store Land retail center was recently opened new retail unit with furniture and household goods under the brand JYSK in July 2009.

Store Land retail center opened new retail units with brands - Mountfield (garden stuff) and TREND (floorings and carpets) in September 2009.

NEW LAND AQUISITION

JULY 2009

TOPD did new land acquisitions of 11.873 m² to enlarge the portfolio of its land nearby PSA plant.

On 17th of December 2008 were construction permits for objects C, D and F issued and delivered.

In December 2008 was top soil removal under the future objects D, F and G executed.

NEW FURNITURE RETAILER

SEPTEMBER 2008

In 3rd quarter of 2008 was 23.000 m² of land sold to SCONTO - famous chain of furniture retail. Top soil removal on this plot was finished by the end of January 2009. SCONTO will build a big furniture store adjacent to BAUMAX and our retail. They will start construction in April 2009 to open in the beginning of 2010.
